Orders can be canceled before they enter the shipping or fulfillment process.

❌ Orders with tracking information generated or dispatched
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return requests must be approved by AU Vapepie customer support before sending any products back
⚠️ Please do not send returned items without prior authorization.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) product, AU Vapepie will provide assistance, including replacement or refund options where applicable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method, including:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Please note that the actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔒 Additional Notes
- Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory considerations, opened, used, or consumed vape products are not eligible for return.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers should provide photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery to help us process replacements or refunds quickly.
- AU Vapepie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
